"We had a late check-in and our host welcomed us with two glasses of wine. Very nice and clean room, breakfast was so good . The property is located 10 min away of Serravalle Designer Outlet. We enjoyed our stay and we received useful tips about the surroundings from Daniella, our host, despite the language barrier."

"The house is beautifully presented inside and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The swimmingpool is a great size and kept the children entertained all day every day. We hired a car for the duration of our 2 week stay and I have to say that we would have been lost without it. Alessia was fabulous, she was always available when we needed her and there was nothing that was too much trouble. "This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "

"I personally had a great time cycling with Gian. The house itself is very clean and complete. Nice swimming pool. Fresh eggs from the chicken. Be prepared for the slightly rocky dirt road of around 1km leading to the home."
