A luxurious 228sqm/2450sqft 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a south-facing patio with a hot tub and a BBQ. Sonos speakers system throughout the house, TV room, Wifi, and parking right in front. Non-smoking house. 10 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. Bus stop to d/t within walking distance. Within walking distance is a supermarket, bakery, restaurant, a swimming pool and the ocean shore. Neighbourhood with many playgrounds. (FYI, there is a Havanese dog living in the house in between rentals)
