White Horse Guest Home w/Pool / hot tub

We are within 10 minutes of the village of Intercourse, about 15 minutes from Shady Maple Smorgasbord and 60 Min away from Hershey and Philadelphia. We have a beautiful 15x26 above ground pool which is open from (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.) The 7 person hot tub was purchased in June of 2017. There is a beautiful fenced in backyard which borders Amish farmland in the rear of the property. The house sits on a main route with many buggies traveling by daily. Complimentary laundry room with detergent is provided on the first floor. At least one or more guests must be 21 years of age to rent this home. The property layout is great for family gatherings and smaller reunions.
The kitchen has an island, kitchen table.Leading off from the kitchen is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king bed. On the same side of the house is the sunroom (w sleeper sofa) that leads to the hot tub from one door and the pool through another. From the other side of the kitchen is the foyer, laundry room, BR, sitting area, 1st floor bedroom with a queen bed. A large living area is at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the other 2 bedrooms (1 Q bed & 2 DB beds) & bathroom. 1st floor full bath just remodeled Feb 2023. Amazing Home
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious yet cozy home. The beds are comfortable, pool and hot tub are awesome, and property is well maintained. Would absolutely come back again.

Tough mudder Philly
This property was perfect for a group of athletes doing the tough mudder classic and endurance series. Beds were good, jet tub was useful for sore muscles, the kids enjoyed the pool, plenty of space and privacy. Hosts were super hospitable.

We had a great stay here. The pool and hot tub were priceless, the house has a ton of space with a big kitchen and lots of seating. There is a grill with an outdoor area and there is a lot to do in that area. The owners were very responsive. I highly recommend we had a great time and will likely return and stay here again.

Friends weekend!
This house was perfect for our friends getaway weekend. We enjoyed some local things and then actually headed into Lancaster for dinner and loved. Mary Bailey's. The house was spotless and yummy cookies greeted us on our arrival along with the family. Thanks for a great trip!

A great place for a family to get together
It was clean, bright, and cheery. We ranged from age 78 to 7 years, and everyone was happy. The pool and hot tub were bonus features that made for a lot of fun. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time!

Amish hideaway
We had blessed time celebrating Christmas in our Amish hideaway. The host are very friendly and informative. We had 13 of us and we all had our own space. Our only complaint might be, a lack of griddle. Otherwise well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable stay!

Great space & beautiful property
I rented this house for my bridal party the weekend of my wedding. We wanted to be closer to the venue and this place was perfect. Very clean, super spacious, it happened to be warm out so the pool was open and ready to go which was a great perk! Overall, happy with the choice and the communication from the owner when I had questions was quick.

Perfect house for a family vacation near Lancaster!
This was our third time staying at the White Horse Guest House. We hadn’t been to Lancaster for a few years but we were happy to find that the house was even better than we remembered! The house is spacious with plenty of sleeping and living space for everyone in the family! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub too! The fire pit was a great addition! We highly recommend this home for your Lancaster vacation!

Summer of social distancing family vacation
The house had large Bedrooms and 3 separate living areas with sufficient space. There was seating for all 12 in the kitchen and plenty of cookware. The pool was well maintained and loved by all.

Lovely stay
We stayed with a total of 9 adults for our weekend trip to the PA Renaissance faire. The house was gorgeous and had enough space for all of us comfortably. Having a dishwasher was a blessing. Having a pool and hot tub was very relaxing after a day of walking around the fairgrounds. The owners were nice enough to show us their animals before we left. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the PA Ren faire next year.

Family Reunion - A Great Location
This property is perfect for any large family gathering. Great accommodations, very large guest home with all of the amenities (pool, hot tub, TVs, Wi-fi, large fenced in back yard, propane grill, outdoor/indoor eating areas, fire pit, etc.). Lots of parking is available on site as well. The home is well taken care of and comes with all kitchen items you need to cook meals as well. The property managers are fantastic and live just up on the hill behind the home of anything is needed. I highly recommend this property!

The perfect place for us
This property was perfect for our family of 8. It was extremely clean and well stocked. With 3 living rooms ahd 4 bedrooms, everyone had space. It is a little far from the center of activities and some uneven flooring made it a challenge for me since I use a walker but I would recommend this property and Steve, the owner. And the kids loved the pool.

Covered Bridges of Lancaster County Tour
First , house was Awesome!!!! Plenty of room . Clean & comfortable. Words do no justice. We rode the Harley’s from the house to covered bridges Al around Lancaster . Nice to get back to home base , relaxing in jacuzzi, cooking steaks on the grill ! We will return .
