"The W Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed at in Xi'an. The room was spacious with an amazing design and a large balcony offering fantastic views. Everything was automated and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of service, from arrival to departure. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food options. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities, but when the staff learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a beautifully written card, fresh fruit, a delicious cake, and a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced such a personal touch at any other hotel!"

"Fantastic hotel. The location was great for exploring both the Muslim Quarter and the wider city. The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfy. The breakfast and evening food was a real bonus but a special mention goes to Anna who was lovely and helped us each day. While we had already booked tours and trips, Anna can also book those for you if you dont want to pre-plan. Xi'an is a lovely city - much more than the terracotta warriors (although these were, of course, amazing). Highly recommended - I'd definfitelt stay here again if I'm back in the area. "

"A relatively new hotel that is still in excellent condition (as of March 2025). I dare say that it was probably the best aspect of my visit to Xi'an. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. Basic amenities like bottled water and fresh room slippers are provided daily and water is placed by the elevator on each floor to take as you please should you need extra hydration. The location is also perfectly central to major in-town attractions like the Bell Tower and the city wall which is accessible by a 20 minute walk to the south gate. Transit is just outside the property doors and ride hailing drivers can pick you up on the adjacent street as well. The desk staff and on-site tour agent were all friendly and helpful with requests. One thing to be aware of however is that tours you book via the on-site agent will possibly come with additional charges once you are on transportation. The fees in some instances only cover round trip transport to and from the attraction sites and may not necessarily include entry or other costs. The tours are also not English-speaker friendly and are only really suitable for Mandarin speakers. Overall, an excellent hotel with fresh facilities and good staff. "
