방이 생각보다 넓어서 놀랐습니다 부분 오션뷰라 좀 아쉽긴했지만 방 환경도 쾌적하고 연말이라고 깜짝 선물도 준비해주시고, 6층에 해돋이 보러 갔는데 핫팩과 따뜻한 차를 준비해주셔서 지불한 금액이 전혀 아깝지 않은 경험이었습니다 다음에 또 방문하겠습니다

가족여행으로 2일간 머므르고 느낀점을 기술합니다. 호텔 로비는 화장실만 빼고는 훌륭합니다. 하지만, 객실 설비 관리는 빵점 입니다. 1. 로비 내 화장실 거품비누기계 고장 2. 조식 식당 에너컨 필터청소불량으로 너무 지저분 한 것이 눈에 뜨임. 3. 객실내 금고는 배터리가 방전되서인지, 작동불량 4. 객실내 제공되는 슬리퍼는 화장실 입구 대리적타일에 너무 미끄러워 사고날 수 있을 정도로 위험함. 5. 객실 침대 하부 바닥 청소 불량으로 먼지 가득쌓여있음. 6. ML 아래 1층의 사우나실 입구 직원, 고압적인 매우 불친절 함. 이에 비해 Front Desk 직원분들은 친절하였습니다.
객실 바닥타일 슬리퍼신었을때 넘어질정도로 너무 미끄러움. 슬리퍼 재질 교체필요
