"Great stay in their villa - the outdoor living room was unique and well designed. The food was delicious and good selection of wines. They do not take Amex though and you have to go to the breakfast buffet (if ordered to the room you pay for it)."

"A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."

"Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food options and food was terrific. Only downside would be the rooms are a little dated, and gaps in doors allowed mosquitos in. Beds did have mosquito nets. The location was quiet."

"La villa est très belle et la petite piscine très sympathique. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transat. Les communs (restaurant, piscine, plage, etc.) sont très simples et n'ont rien de particulier. Il manque cruellement de transats et parasols à la plage. Le personnel est très sympa et accueillant."

"More than Excellent small boutiqe hotel in the Senggigi areas. Right by beach, mesmerizing sunset views from the whole hotel place, include your own private terrace. Large, sea view rooms, comfy bed, nice pool area. But 2 things much more than excellent: the staff is superb and really attentive, and the breakfast is delicius and home made. Definitely recommended, and will come back soon. Don't miss the Lombok wildlife park, it is 20 minutes by car from the hotel!"

"BASK...for the moment you walk in, it put a smile in your face. It was so good that we had to extend our stay. The villa, food, location & service were excellent. For what we could see, it was one of the best properties in Gili Meno. I woke up 5:30 am, get my gear and I was snorkelling at underwater statues just myself before the boats arrived 6:15 am. "We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely come back again. 5/5 experience!"
