This complex offers beautiful communal areas, including a 20m x 6m chlorine pool (depth: 1.2m to 1.7m) and a children's pool (0.6m deep), open from the week before Easter until October and illuminated until 11 PM. Guests can also enjoy an hour of daily access to the paddle court (bring your own balls and racquets). The apartment features a private 15m² terrace with Mediterranean views, perfect for breakfast outdoors. Inside, the spacious sitting-dining room is a cozy spot to relax. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal prep, and there is a laundry area with a washer, iron, and ironing board. The apartment accommodates 8 + 1 guests with one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. All rooms have wardrobes, summer fans, and winter radiators. Families can request a cot and high chair. There are two bathrooms with showers. Located in Playa de Gandia, the beach is easily accessible, offering sun loungers, beach volleyball, and a vibrant seafront with bars and restaurants. The historic town of Gandia features the Ducal Palace and the Convent of Santa Clara. Nature enthusiasts can visit the Parpalló Cave with ancient cave paintings. The pool operates from the week before Easter until September 30th, from 10 AM to 3 PM and 5 PM to 11 PM. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by family. Keys are available from a nearby petrol station; details will be provided before arrival. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed. Tourist license: AT-36197-V.
