They never let us know after an hour so I had to go back to front desk to enquire. Room was ready but they said the couldn't find me. Turns out they never looked into the coffee shop!"

Iron was not working, had to get replaced. One set of toiletries for 2 persons in the room, no conditioner, many small issues"
