The hosts Colin and Peter were absolutely fantastic from the time we arrived to us leaving nothing was too much trouble the property is immaculate inside and out the decor is amazing our room was exactly as described very roomy and a large en-suite bathroom the breakfast is amazing an easy walk to the marina and local restaurants, we loved our stay would definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay at Seaway was excellent starting with our early check in to the warm and informative welcome from Peter, to the amazing breakfasts by Colin and to the spotless and very attractive manor. The hosts, Colin and Peter, are very welcoming. Breakfast was prepared individually for all guests and allowed for substitutions for allergies etc. They are very helpful in suggesting things to do and where to eat in Gananoque.

The breakfast was delicious, and Colin cooked the same breakfast but with home made gluten free items for my celiac partner, it felt very safe and as good as my « regular » breakfast. Wonderful!
Wonderful stay at seaway manor ! Peter & Colin are so nice and attentive. Their house is very nice, our room was very big and comfortable, absolutely clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is sooo good. All is homemade and they kindly propose to adapt the menu to the taste of their guests, especially for teenagers. It was a wonderful experience and the best way to enjoy Gananoque. We strongly recommend this place.
