"We stayed at this location for 5 nights. A couple nights, my extended family got their own rooms there as well. I cannot say enough good things about BW Gallup Inn & Suites. The staff all around are very professional, courteous, accommodating and compassionate. During our stay, they brought laughs and smiles to my day when I truly needed to laugh and smile. Always a good morning, good afternoon and good evening from each and every staff member I came across. Housekeeping staff is top notch!! I have never seen a room/suite and the public areas kept so clean. Hot breakfast was great and if you had to go, they had grab and go bags as well. Beds are fantastic, furniture is clean, linens are clean and crisp. We stayed in a double queen with a kitchen suite, then moved over to a king with kitchen suite. The kitchen dishes, cooking pans and every utensil you can think of all came in very handy, appliances very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or the fitness center, but they were very clean and maintained. They also have a business center and laundry facilities. I HIGHLY recommend this location if you're in the area. Great job to the owner, great employees are hard to find and give that staff a raise!!! Thank you for all your help during our difficult time.
