"Overall a nice place to stay. The triple bed room was very tight though and we got the room on the 4th floor where it felt even more cramped. The shower definitely needs redesigning. Other than this, everything else was great. Franco at reception was very nice and shared good recommendations. "

"I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Zermatt! The hotel was cheap and the staff even gave me a free upgrade on my room which was a nice surprise! The location is also amazing because it is right next to the train station and it’s only a 20 minute train ride to get to Zermatt. Trains ran frequently so I never had to wait long. I also felt like housekeeping went above and beyond every day tidying up the room. The only down side is there’s no microwave or fridge but everything else was perfect. I loved my stay!!"

"This was a lovely hotel in Kandersteg. This is located beside the gondola station and the walking path for the hike to lake. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel that we had a great dinner at and the breakfast was very enjoyable. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again!"
