"A hidden gem, great location. Hotel is older but well maintained. Breakfast was a nice surprise, hadn’t realized it was included and was delicious. Great variety, not a standard European breakfast, beautiful presentation and chef was very pleasant, even offered to open early if we needed so we could eat before our flight. "When there was a problem of my room being downstairs and not serviced by the elevator, I walk with a cane after a stroke, the desk clerk took my 2roller bags down for me then I struggled down 2flights of steep concrete stairs. That afternoon they moved me to the main floor to a smaller room. The hotel was fully booked for the rest of the week so I was moved about 4blocks to their 5star hotel with a nice elevator. They moved my bags for me. Such helpful staff and management. Would recommend Lord...

"The apartment is in great condition even if it is in an old building in the walkable area of the old town. Good location even if we had to walk a few blocks about 400 m with our luggage to the place because the stone streets are only pedestrian. No cars allowed."
