"Reservamos el hostal y obtuvimos confirmación pero cuando llegamos en la noche para hacer el check in, resulta que según el no teníamos reservación porque decidió retirar el cuarto de la plataforma de hotels.com y nunca nos aviso. A pesar de tener reservación y confirmación no nos dio hospedaje. Nos tocó buscar alojamiento en otro lugar para el mismo día en un lugar muy turístico donde no había ya lugar en ningún lado. Mala experiencia por la mala comunicación y la falta de seriedad "

"Staff was really nice and helpful. Place was clean and cozy. The only bad was the reservation included breakfast but there wasn't any (apparently a fault of the App). I was able to negotiate a lower price for the room in exchange for the missing breakfast. "
