"We cannot fault the Villa in any way. Lots of space, fantastic air conditioning, beautiful gardens and pool, and kitted out with everything you can think of. Massimo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including leaving us staples of food and drink, as well as gifts. We loved the area too. "

"Die Lage vom Haus war toll. Allerdings gibt’s keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Es war unerträglich heiß. Dazu kommen noch tausende von Stechmücken. Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären zwingend notwendig. Unschön war auch das man keinen Zugang vom Garten in den See hatte. Fazit insgesamt. Völlig überteuert für das was geboten wurde."

"Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub hier, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, er war wirklich sehr bemüht, auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche einzugehen und konnte unsere Wünsche erfüllen! Die Lage war für uns auch gut, es war sehr ruhig und der Garten mit Pool für die Kleinkinder und den Hund optimal. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"A nice townhouse but lacked the feeling of privacy as the entrance was next to another property’s entrance and parking was shared. It was also a hassle to enter and leave the property with the need for multiple keys to get in or out which is a fire hazard. A fee for heating was also unexpectedly charged at an already very expensive stay."

"We spent one week at the Villa which we had chosen because of location, tranquillity and accessibility for touring lake Garda - we loved the spectacular views and swimming pool as well as plenty of space for our family. We felt the property could benefit from better ventilation for humidity on the lower floors and with the extreme hot weather, some air cooling or at least cooler fans to make the stay more pleasant. Celeste was prompt in her responses when we needed to reach out. "

"Es ist bisschen entfernt von der Stadt. Das Haus ist schön aber schlecht beleuchtet und bisschen dunkel und altmodisch. Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Der Besitzer ist fast immer zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung."

"What can I say. Fausta as our host was friendly and very helpful. Her communication was excellent before and during the stay. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean. We felt very relaxed during our stay. On the last day we even got a visit from five peacocks to say good bye!"

"We have been 10 persons in different ages staying in this beautiful, well maintained and well equipped house for a week. Despite different needs and wishes we are all very pleased when the house is spacious both inside-outside so there can be play and peace and quiet at the same time. Everything has worked out perfectly. Moreover: as soon as we have had any questions we have got an immediate respons from the kind and helpful hosts. "The property looks like advertised and it was generally clean and really nice to stay for a week. The views and the pool are fantastic and the house setup is nice. Some details though need to be addressed: The property is run down in places and needs some renovation, especially the outdoor window blinds are heavy and you could break a finger moving them to close. "Leider war der Garten bei unserer Ankunft so zugewuchert,daß wir den Zugang zum Pool und See kaum nutzen konnten. Erst am Ende des 2. Tages kamen, nach mehrmaligem Anfragen die Gärtner und haben während wir gemütlich Grillen wollten, mit lauten Motorsensen für 2 Stunden den Garten bearbeitet. Das Haus, was sehr schön und groß ist, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wäsche war sauber,aber daß Geschirr musste erstmal gespült werden und es war sehr staubig. "Beautiful spacious, well equipped property, two comfortable beds, furnished to a high standard. Lovely clean, well maintained pool with sun lounge area overlooking the lake. Sliding doors opening up to a lovely terrace. Absolutely stunning location. Staff were very helpful, I smashed a bottle on the floor, I informed staff, and they immediately came to clean it up for us. My only negative was no kettle, though when I realised, four days in, that others had a kettle and mentioned it to staff...
