Nothing like pictures
So many things were broken in that unit it looks nothing like the pictures. I would not ever stay there again. Biggest issue was there was no door handle so once you go in you cannot leave. We could not leave to go sightseeing we could not leave to go to the beach we cannot leave to go out to eat. One of the biggest issues too is that once you call for help you get an animated line and they don't really care we were stuck there We tried to leave and they said they would refund our money and they will not

Issues with doors and some lighting but not a bad rental over all! The master shower doesn’t have warm or hot water very like to cold water only so maybe they need to fix that but honestly it wasn’t horrible especially after beach days to shower in cool water

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very cute and comfortable! Good location. Pool was great! The hot water in the master bathroom did not work. The water pressure was also too low.

Pleasant but needs improvements.
Pleasant but needs improvements. Bedrooms and beds overall are nice, however, unit is located right next to the main road so quite noisy for the second bedroom. Would have helped if there were at least blackout curtains to keep outdoor lighting down. Pillows are completely flat and not comfortable at all. Remotes for living room and master bedroom TV's were non operational and there is no dining table, dishwasher tablets, or washer/dryer in unit. Pots and pans are not intended for a long duration stay and are very dated. The view makes up for it but the door/lock to the patio should be looked at and adjusted as it was hard to open and close. The couch could be replaced as it's harder for older folks to get up off of it. Overall the unit is decent and was clean upon arrival, and the property is nice for a short stay but would not recommend for a long stay at the beach with a family of 5. Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

Window blinds missing or cracked in the living room area and master bedroom. Balcony door frame was broken and second bedroom door hinge pin was missing could not close door . Couch over used; needs new pillows. bedroom pillows thin and flat. Beach code gate was incorrect.

Nice complex
We liked the location on the beach side of the highway, away from the heart of the strand. The complex is clean with a nice pool and jacuzzis with quick access to the beach. The unit itself is away from the beach and close to the highway and receives considerable road noise. The view of the ocean from the unit is nice, but might be blocked in the future by development. The unit is cozy, but numerous lights were out, and some fixtures need repair. (Sink sprayer, blinds). The bed pillows and mattress in the master are stained. The unit needs some TLC.

Only two flat pillows for master bed. We bought pillows at walmart. Nice Condo, no keurig. Great view, easy access and short distance between beach and pool. Lady at pool wearing seascape shirt yelling at kids and cussing. She stated hired to watch pool. Management stated no lifeguard or anyone hired to watch pool. All other families and tenants were kind. Overall, good place to stay

Nice condo in great location
The condo is nicely appointed. It’s small but feels roomy. Many comfy places to sit and read. Easy access to the beach and many good restaurants close by. We will definitely rent again?

Mostly great!
I thought the house was mostly great. One of the bedrooms was super warm, which made no sense since the rest of the condo was nice and cool. The beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The best bed was in the hot room. But other than that, it was fantastic and would rent it again.

Great Location
We always stay here in these condos when we visit Galveston Beach. It's a very convenient walk right into the beach from the condo without the seawall or driving. It is not as populated as is further up which is nice as well. Plenty of restaurants and stuff to do

Property and location were good. very good restaurants nearby, but cable and internet did not work 3 of the 4 days. And there is limited cellular service. so we were basically offline. I couldn't even get the check in instructions. I had to call the property manager several times to get them to get the cable repairman out to the unit. we also had to stay at the unit for 2 hours while the cable guy repaired several things that were broken. very disappointing and there was no follow up to see if the issues were resolved or any offer of consideration once the problems were resolved. last thing I wanted to do on this trip was talk about the internet not working.

Cable tv Plenty of dishes and silverware Plenty of paper towels trash bags and toilet paper Guest shower very awesome if light works Coffee maker and toaster Knives. Consider a knife sharpener Not good Roaches Lights flicker all the time or no light bulbs at all Fire alarms late Sunday night had to evacuate for no reason Tuesday morning bug sprayers coming. I’m so allergic Wednesday our checkout day scheduled power outage 8am-2pm. Rusted large piece of what I assumed used to be furniture in balcony and dead plants Was impressed by all of the pans for cooking. I love to cook. Not in good condition all non stick were damaged. If cooking really need reuse-able containers for left overs or meal prepping. Broken blinds and screens Balconies not in great shape Rusted light fixtures Minimal plug ins

It was ok...
Great location, nice pool, great beach access, it is on the top level, so a lot of stairs. There is an elevator on the opposite end though. Condo was not very clean floors and counters still had debris stuck to them from previous guests 😕 and saw way too many roaches to be comfortable.. feel like I should burn my clothes... not something I wanted to possibly bring home with me. Wouldn't stay at a Vacasa owned/maintained property again.

Seascape is great
We stayed at Seascape a decade a ago and the property is still great. Parking attendant / site manager was working his tail off to make things great for all guests. This unit was very clean and modernized. Great stay overall and my now adult kids loved coming back.

Condo Great! VACASA not so great!
Check in and check out was super easy since codes were provided via email and text. The condo was nice and comfortable for the most part. Some of the cups seemed dirty as we pulled them out. Other than that we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and we all slept great! My biggest issue was contacting Vacasa TWICE and having my request ignored or deemed not important enough. There was not a working coffee maker since the carafe was no where to be found. After two calls, I ended having to go to Walmart down the road to get what I wanted. I like coffee on my vacations... just wish vacasa wouldve helped. Two calls.. two stars removed.
