The lot itself is over 11,500 sq. ft. and wraps two-thirds of the house in lush green grass.


A large area beneath the house is great for entertaining or resting after a day in the sun. You can easily rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach, which is only a short walk away, or make a drink at the bar.


You will appreciate the luxurious style found throughout this home, from the furniture and décor to the tile and finishes.


The living room is especially welcoming with bright floral colors and multiple couches to choose from. The living room also has tall windows that provide a great view of the beach. Take a comfortable seat and put on a show or watch the big game on the satellite enabled TV.


The kitchen is sleek and modern and FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook homemade meals, quick snacks, or pre-beach breakfasts.


The split floor plan provides privacy for the primary suite with walk-in closet on one end & two more bedrooms on the other side of the house.


The bedrooms are cozy, well-decorated, and spacious. You are sure to sleep well at Seahorse Manor.

Perfect Stay!
We had such a lovely stay with our family of three. The location was amazing and the house was so clean, with perfect accommodations. The house was comfortable and cute. Rennee has lots of little extras, organized and labeled. She was very helpful and accommodating. There was plenty of space inside and outside for my family.

We had a great time, 1/2 block walk to the beach. Everything was as described in the beach house. They do have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. it was perfect for a 4 day getaway!

Brief Spring Break Get Away
This great home was just wonderful! Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything you need was ready and available, and so clearly marked! Updates to the home were awesome, and all the games to choose from a plus! Very short and nice walk to the beach, just wish the weather was a little warmer! ;-) Hope to stay again in the future!
