TWO KITCHENS
The remodeled kitchen in the main house features stainless-steel appliances including a Viking gas stove, Viking commercial refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, a Blendtec blender, Keurig coffee machine, Ninja cookware, and is fully stocked and ready for your culinary pleasures. The kitchen in the guest cottage also has plenty of space for cooking and all the amenities you need, as well as another Keurig.
BEDROOMS
Sink into the hybrid mattresses with luxurious Quince and Pottery Barn bedding. Plus, every room comes with a ceiling fan to keep you cooler at night.

QUIET HOURS
Per Galveston City Ordinance, quiet hours are from 10 p.m.-8 a.m. You may still use the pool and outdoor areas after 10 p.m., but if you do, music must be completely off and other noise must be kept to low/minimal levels.
POOL WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By renting this property, guest understands that use of the pool by the guest and others staying at the property is at guest's own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the pool and the areas around the pool.
Guest accepts full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the pool by any guests staying on property, and that the property owner is not responsible for any such injuries.
Guest understands there are potential dangers that the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the pool if a person has health risks, using while intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guests agree to be fully responsible for any accidents guests may incur.
Guest understands that there is a child-lock gate at the top of the back stairs of the main house leading to the pool as well as a child lock at the top of the back door of the main house leading outside to the pool area. Guest understands that it is the guests' responsibility to engage these locks for them to be effective.
Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that all guests on property will assume responsibility for and the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against owner or Gulf Haven LLC for accidents or claims arising from guests’ use of the pool.
