Nice beach view
I was assigned a unit at time of booking but at arrival I was assigned to a different unit. It was not to my expectation. It smelled old. It was not renovated nicely but very very cheap. Tub very dingy. My receipt had the wrong address to where I was to pick up keys.

Not What They Claim
I called the hotel twice to confirm that it was right on the beach and we could walk out of hotel and onto beach. We have 4 small children and several of the hotels I called indicated that you had to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. This hotel assured me that I could walk out of the hotel and onto the beach without crossing the road. This is not true! Trying to cross the busy road with all 4 children, 3 of them in strollers was a nightmare. We will never stay in this overpriced hotel again, nor do we recommend you do so. For less money, we found you could find a more comfortable room with a staff that tells you the truth.

Family friendly condo on the beach
My family of 5 had a lovely 5 day stay in a one bedroom unit with both a pool and ocean view. One kid on the couch, and the other two on the hallway bunk niche. The kids loved the pool, and the pool hours from 9 to 11 were great for getting in morning swim time before our afternoon adventures, and also evening swim time. Plenty of other kids to play with too. Pack your own swim towels. If you are there during seaweed season- take a bucket to the beach and shake the seaweed over it. My kids enjoyed all of the sea creatures we found. If you are traveling from the west coast you may be surprised that paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent are not provided. So be prepared to pick those up at the store yourself. Lastly, We were glad there was a laundry room on each level and wifi available (not all units). Nicely located and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Very expensive for little service. The view described was also disappointing. No hair blower, neither the essential like salt and pepper, one incomplete roll of toilet paper, no shampoo etc. The pool area was nice

Not for us.
The beach was black. We had to walk away from the condos to get a halfway descent spot to sit. The room was clean but they don't offer maid service while you are there. You have to wash the towels they give you. They didn't give us enough washcloths and towels. When my husband went to see to get some they acted like they weren't going to give him any. If we go back to Galveston we will stay somewhere else.

Unacceptable all around!!
Too many problems in this condo! Unusable kitchen with a broken microwave was a real issue, with many things missing so Do NOT plan on cooking a thing! Terrible mattresses in the bunk beds and pullout bed made getting a good night's rest impossible. This condo touts beachfront access but does not really have it, as the beach has not been cleaned all season. The smell of the piles of seaweed were almost unbearable! We will never rent from this company again!

horrible experience, not customer friendly
This was the worst hotel stay of my entire travel experience, they should be taken off your list of hotels. We had tenants below us who mad false reports to the police who harrassed all night the first night which happen to be my daughters prom and we were asked to leave the next morning without given a refund of our second night of stay. I wll NEVER stay there again and I want a full refund of my two night stay. The older lady at the front desk was very rude and hung up on me several times. I am disputing the claim with my credit card American Express, they do not deserve a penny for the way me and my daughter were treated. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!

Overall our condo was very nice. Great pool and hot tubs! It was nice that they had a hot tub for adults only. The condo overall was nice but the cough in the living room was old and uncomfortable. The springs were poking out in the bed in the bedroom. We also asked for a condo with internet, but since each condo is individually owned not all condos had internet and of course ours was one without.
