This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 50 pounds): A non-refundable pet fee of $92 per pet will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your pet. Pet(s) must be crated any time guest is not present.
Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants:
Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

2025 New Years Crew
We had such an amazing time ringing in the New Year with friends!! The house is so cute and included all the amenities we needed for the week, especially the private hot tub, which was amazing! Great location, conveniently located between the Seawall and the Strand with a short drive to absolutely everything!! Our Host was very prompt in responding to any questions that we had. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return!!

Nice quiet spot
Pretty cool nice weekend getaway home,the house is fully stock with essentials and close to Galveston attractions. The strand is one mile away, we did a Ghost tour and explained the history of Galveston. Hot tub is awesome and relaxing and clean. Overall I would recommend this place .

Perfect weekend getaway!
My boyfriend and I just wanted to getaway for the weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better place! This house would be perfect for 2 couples since the 2nd bedroom and bath are downstairs. The house was clean, bed was very comfy. Nice quiet neighborhood! The hot tub was very much enjoyed and relaxing. We look forward to staying here again!

The Best Stay
It was the best day ever I ever had in Galveston. Everything was there that we needed beds were very comfy. The Jacuzzi is awesome easy to walk to the beach. If you want to walk to the train it’s easy to walk to the strand too. I would go earlier in the morning or a little later in the afternoon and if you’re there after dark, then take a Uber back, but there is parking lots of parking. Thank you so much for this wonderful day. I will definitely be staying there

Great little place to stay with a lot of character
This home is a narrow abode consisting of a two story home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a man cave room, a study and a living room. Multiple porches and a semi enclosed patio area with a hot tub complete the setting. Every bit of space is used efficiently and everything you need is readily available. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location is very near UTMB but also close to the Strand shopping district and the Seawall.

We enjoyed staying at this cute house!. We brought 2 preteen boys to explore Galveston for a few days and they loved having their own space with the bedroom/bathroom/gameroom downstairs! The bathrooms were updated and spacious as well as the rest of the house. Everything was very clean! A/C nice and cold and worked well throughout the house (one of the most important things for me in this crazy TX heat). Conveniently located to anywhere you need to go,...checking in and out was easy and always a bonus when no key is required. Thanks for a great stay for our mini vaca!

The Great Galveston Getaway
Truly enjoyed our experience. Great space to gather as a family and yet enough spaces to have individual quiet time. Loved the game room, hot tub, the wrap around porch, gas grill and keyless entry and exit. We prepared meals so we appreciated having cooking utensils and other resources to facilitate dining in for selected meals. I was pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness of the bedding, bath towels and the overall space. Property management was prompt in responding to our request. The online guidebook was a bonus and appreciated. Provided useful resources and information. Great location with easy access to any section along Seawall and other attractions. Would definitely recommend this to others and would rent this space again. The photos accurately reflect the property. PS: Oh yes be aware of bumping your head. 😉

Fun at Galveston.
Nice place. Easy to get to location relatively near the intersection of sea wall and Broadway, two main roads. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the master shower. Our property manager was nice and informative. I suggest you ride the ferry, we parked our car and walked on, the best bang for the buck, free lol. We enjoyed seafood particularly at Fisherman’s Wharf and Fish Tales. Murdocks is a great place to sit , drink something, enjoy the view and enjoy the gulf breeze. We enjoyed our stay.

Great for 2 couples!
We stayed at the house with another couple. Both husband's are pretty tall so they couldn't stand up completely downstairs due to the low ceilings, but that wasn't an issue... just had to be careful :) Overall, the house was super cute, very clean and had everything we needed!
