Where to Sleep: This condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the bedroom, custom-made bunk beds (as wide as the space will allow, slightly more narrow than a twin), and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Our comprehensive property guide provides all the details you need to enjoy your stay.

24-Hour Check-in: We provide smart locks for security and peace of mind without needing keys, and your personalized door code ensures seamless access throughout your stay.

Property Amenities: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with every gadget and glassware imaginable, including a Ninja Blender, Kitchen-Aid mixer, and Keurig. *NO pets: Pets are strictly prohibited in the complex; no exceptions can be made.

* There is a $40 parking fee, which covers up to 2 vehicles for your stay. Upon arrival, this will be charged at the front desk (card only).

*Property Damage Protection: Included in your rate, our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

* Hurricane/ Storm Policy: We will refund if there is a mandatory evacuation. However, we strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel insurance and can provide recommendations.

- No smoking in the unit. If you smoke on the balcony, doors must be shut tight. If any smoke smell remains you will be charged $250.

- Obey all condo complex rules (pool hours, appropriate dress, quiet hours, etc.)
