Spectacular view located on the first floor. The Dawn condos is a gated, secured complex with 2 pools (one is heated), 1 hot tub, fitness center, and outdoor picnic areas/grills. Close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Convention Center are within 2 miles. Cruise terminal and the Strand are 5 miles away. Very spacious with 825 square feet, you will have everything you need. Kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, cookware, toaster, and dishes. Full size washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, cable on both TVs included. Parking pass is purchased at The Dawn office for $40 for a 1–3-night stay or $50 for 4 or more nights per vehicle. The Dawn Condominiums was awarded Best Condominium Rental on the Island for 2023.

A nice stay in Galveston
Our stay was warm and cozy during some pretty windy days. The location was terrific. The pool area was pretty and clean. The condo was nicely equipped. The communication on getting in and out was perfect.

My SO and I really enjoyed our stay. Loved the mermaid decor, kitchen had everything we needed (including coffee!), and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever had at a vacation rental. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed a great long weekend at mermaids landing. The condo was nice & clean. It had beach views. Very easy to walk across to the beach. The beach across the street has chair rentals. Parking was easy. The pool area was nice.

Thank you for the view. Breakfast on the patio was exactly what we needed. The condo was perfect for our family. The decor was refreshing and fun. The kids worked the TV like pros. Myself and my husband enjoyed the view.

Love Mermaid Landing!
This is one of our favorite places to stay in Galveston! Such a cute, clean, well-decorated, well-located condo. Loved the pool (only went in one of two). Comfy bed. Hubby wasn't feeling great during our visit, so we mostly stayed in. Nice TV (and able to watch Astros games!)

We loved our stay at Mermaid’s Landing. Smelled super clean when we walked in, and the beach decor was perfect. Right on the seawall, so even though the weather wasn’t great, we still enjoyed the views from the covered patio. Gorgeous pool, comfy bed, large nice shower, excellent TVs, complete kitchen. Will definitely come stay here again! PS- be aware there is a $37 parking fee that was not mentioned in the listing.

Weekend Getaway
Due to the weather, were unable to fully utilize all of the amenities. However, it was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed a well deserved break. I appreciated the property owners engagement with us to ensure we were comfortable. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
