This condo is part of the gulf front Seascape Resort, which sits directly adjacent to the sandy beach. You'll be less than a mile down Seawall Boulevard and one away from Magic Carpet Golf, the Galveston Fishing Pier, and restaurants that include Jimmy's on the Pier. The Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Moody Gardens are three miles northeast, and the shops, restaurants, and historic districts of downtown Galveston are seven miles northeast.

Great location!
This is a great little condo, right on the beach. There were a lot of stains on the furniture, rugs, etc but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. It was very quiet and peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for quick access to anything you’d want.

Fun vacation!
We liked the beachfront balcony and the property was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at the Seascape for many years and have always loved the easy beach access and the pretty pool area.

Really likes staying here as the balcony looks out over the ocean. We had some problems with the guest toilet sputtering and being low on water, but other than that, everything was great.

We loved how we had ocean view right from the patio. When we first got there ove box wasn’t working. Called to let them know, and they said they made a ticket and some would come out to see about. Unfortunately no one showed up we had all our cold stuff in there. We lost a few things but had to get an ice chest and put stuff in there while we stayed. We left on the fourth day and still no one went over to check it out.

Very nice condo. Loved having private beach access. Pool and hot tub very clean and welcoming. Beautiful gulf views. The only downside was the elevator was out of order during our stay. We will definitely come back to Seascape.

We absolutely loved the property, it was located just a few minutes outside the main city, cute 2 bedroom with the best view, beach access was simple and easy and the pool was great, they had an elevator and even luggage carts, which helped since the condo is on the 3rd floor, overall we would absolutely stay again

The property is directly on the beach. No walk across traffic makes it perfect for families to come and go to the pool/hot tub & beach. This 3rd floor condo is right on the beach with completely unobstructed ocean views from every window and the balcony. Well stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms made it easier for a family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds. Will return to 1310 again!!!

A lovely beachfront condo!
We loved this condo! Everything was clean and in working order. I wish the windows in the beach side bedroom weren’t painted shut but that was no big deal because we just left the patio door open to enjoy the sights and sounds. There were plenty of blankets, towels, chairs for the beach and more. We all had a fabulous time at Seascape!

I really enjoyed this property everything we needed for our short stay. Pool beach and not a ton of people. Overall the property was clean and had most amenities. Only a few things I noticed. Need more pillows for sleeping and maybe some beach towels. Furniture needs a good cleaning from day to day use the arms rests were dingy.

The location and proximity to the beach was amazing- made for easy access and no worries if leaving our canopy/towels/beach toys down on the beach all day. Great water rinse off station and porch swings to relax and dry off on. Kitchen was stocked. We had enough toilet paper (even with our group being 6 girls).

Best view !!!
1310 was so clean that I walked barefoot in a Condo for the first time!! I was so thankful this unit had a smart tv in the living room! The grounds at Seascape are beautifully kept and I enjoyed my stay from my super easy check in to checkout! I will request room 1310 at Seascape for my future visits to Galveston!

Bewach Reconstruction During Our Entire Stay
The entire time we were at the property there was on-going beach reconstruction. During the period of our stay hundre3ds of truckloads of sand were delivered and spread on the beach at the end of the access boardwalk, just outside our balcony. I guess we just hit bad timing. Our misfortune!

You can Sea forever
Our stay at the condo was nice, comfortable and location was great for us. A little away from the busy Seawall. My only issue was: no nice broom and dustpan, nothing with which to mop or Swiffer the floor, no dish towels or hot pads. I wish I had known and would have taken. Response from call was not helpful so I had to buy those. I got an email back to buy and submit the bill but had no reply when asking who sent the email. Just warn people if they stay more than a week please.

Good location, but...
The location was excellent, and the gulf view from two rooms was magnificent. The unit was quite clean too. However, the 2.4 ghz wifi network had a different password that was not provided to us. We had a device that was not 5g compatible. The wifi router was a dual band router, but useless for us as the correct password was not provided. The second complaint I have is that there were no beach chairs provided or available for rent. For people coming from out of town, it would be nice if the unit included some beach chairs. These little things matter a lot. In short, the unit was nice but didn’t match up with amount of rent that was charged. For what we paid, we were expecting much more!

Ocean Front View from Third Story
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit. We really loved the view of the beach and ocean and getting the constant wave noise and breeze while on the balcony. The access to the beach and pool were great and easy. The AC unit worked amazing and all of the appliances worked well. There were plenty of bath and hand towels. We brought our own based on other reviews, but for a family of 4 what was provided would have been enough. There is also washer and dyers located onsite for a small fee per wash and dryer load. The condo unit was very clean minus the floor and I am about to get into that. A few notes that we had small issues with were: the floors did not have sand or anything like that but they had a grime on them that would make the bottom of your feet darker from it sticking to your foot. We were not able to connect the smart TV to the wireless router no matter how many times we attempted (not a huge issue since we were not there for TV). Lastly, the box springs on the bed were loud. Rolling in and of them would wake other family members. To me those three things are very minor and would not stop me from booking here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the whole week were were there.
