Bayside Breeze is a FAMILY friendly (no parties, events, or groups of teens) canal house that's relaxing with 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom in quiet neighborhood of Jamaica Beach! Two large Palapa huts on the amazing deck space, providing plenty of shade to enjoy the refreshing breeze with friends and family. The beach, which is only 1 mile away, is a quick bicycle, golf cart* or car ride away. We are a dog-friendly** property with a fully fenced yard and a gated stairway from deck. Kayaks and full-sized washer & dryer are all available to our guests free of charge.

Game room (on ground level) provides a fun family friendly atmosphere with everything you need to properly entertain the entire family for the perfect vacation. Furnished with a ROKU large screen TV, billiards, foosball, and card table, including cards & poker chips. Tiki bar opens out to the main level patio where private hot tub is.

We provide 2 kayaks & life vests for paddling around the canals at no extra charge to you.

The main floor has open concept common areas along with 3 bedrooms & 2 baths.

Room configurations
• 1st Bedroom: King bed with TV
• 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed with TV
• 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed + twin-over-full bunk + twin-over-twin bunk with TV (washer & dryer in this bedroom)
• 1st bathroom: shower/tub combo, toilet, single sink counter
• 2nd bathroom: shower, toilet, single sink counter

The open concept living/dining area has easy access to the large deck. Interior dining table plus lots of seating on the outside deck. The living area boasts a large screen ROKU TV and several couches and easy chairs for a relaxing visit with family and friends.

The fully stocked kitchen has been equipped with all the comforts of home: blender, toaster, coffee maker (K-Cup and 12 Cup), microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes & glassware, utensils, and even a crock pot, whether you bring your own food or catch it right out of the canal.

The tranquil deck provides plenty of shade from two large Palapa huts along with lots of seating and a dining table. A chaise and rocker bench round out the deck amenities.

The patio/game room/hot tub are immediately adjacent to the private boat dock and canal. Being right on the canal, feel free to bring your own boat* and tie it right up to our dock, or jump in the canal to cool off.

Bring your fishing pole to drop a line in off of our dock or on the upper deck. The underwater fish light comes on automatically after dark to attract more fish at night. Don't forget to bring some chicken or some sardines to bait the crab traps tied up to the dock.

Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.

Check in any time after 4PM, check out no later than 11AM. Early check in/late check-out with prior approval only.

Bayside Breeze has a fully paved driveway and parking area for up to 4 cars. Please do NOT park on the grass or on the street.

*If you are planning on using the Jamaica Beach marina to launch a watercraft, please make sure you notify us so we can help you obtain the marina pass you will need for launching your boat.

Our golf cart is available for rent, for a small (best price for a 4 seat cart on the island) additional fee, to guests renting Bayside Breeze.

NOTE: Upon booking this property, you agree to: all rules, sign a House Agreement, a copy of your driver license, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages, within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to place a security deposit of $300 three days prior to arrival.

• Must be at least 25 years old to book and be staying at the property (NO booking for others)
• No events, parties or large gatherings including bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, TEEN or chaperoned groups – if this is your intent, please look elsewhere
• No smoking inside or on decks
• Dog friendly with fee – prior approval, no puppies, max 2 dogs – please dispose of dog feces, hair
• Please keep dogs off furniture
• Requires one flight of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• Fully paved driveway for up to 4 vehicles – no parking on grass nor street
• Additional fees and taxes may apply

Violation of any rules (above) or stated in our House Agreement may constitute loss of security hold.

Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% of rent if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival.
No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
