Enjoyed everything on property only thing wish it didn’t show pictures of hot tub and you think you can use it then after booking says you can’t use it other then that everything was perfect

Awesome property!! Ready for another weekend getaway.
Family and I had a GREAT TIME. The property and landscape was clean and well kept. The interior furnishings were absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and shooting pool. I can't wait to reserve this property again. It was an amazing weekend experience. ❤️ 😍 LOVE IT!!

Beautiful Home
We had a wonderful vacation. So much to do on the island. The Food is amazing. I wish the water was blue. The Vacation Home was stunning. Beautifully decorated. Love the modern decor. Fully furnished had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The breeze on the upper deck was awesome and spent all of my mornings out there. Will be booking this one again. Don’t hesitate if you are considering this place.

Most things damaged or broke throughout
Property owner and managaer are aware of damaged and broken things, appliances and structure and not interested in replacing or fixing. It was just not very vacation-like and not appreciated being surrounded by so many broken or run down things. Not all vrbo homes are like this, if you stay here please don't let this one discourage you from staying at other homes.

The house was decorated very nicely. Pictures do it justice. The entertaining spaces were spacious and comfortable. Manager was responsive to every request. My guests and I had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone staying in the Galveston area.

Galveston Escape
Great stay for us in Galveston.! We stayed from Sunday to Saturday, as granddaughter was playing in a softball tournament. This house was exactly as featured, everything we needed was there for a very enjoyable and restful stay. Every little detail was thought of and every need was filled. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Loved the chase couch in living room! All 3 bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. We cooked several meals while there and truly enjoyed it. The downstairs as well as the upper patios were furnished nicely and were very comfortable. We actually got to meet the owners, as we,not them, got our departure date confused. They were very gracious and understanding. We even left something at house after departing. They contacted us and met us at the softball field where we were playing ! So thoughtful! We own rental cabins in Broken Bow,Ok. I hope to be able to reflect their friendliness and thoughtfulness to our guests. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Beach Home and Perfect Location
This beach home was PERFECT for our vacation. It had so many amenities to offer (two great conversation areas, pool table, hot tub, games, all cable channels and many other features to enjoy). The location was safe and relaxing. The home was BEAUTIFUL, inside and out and very clean. The property manager was accommodating to ensure all our family needs were met. We look forward to staying at this beach home again. Highly recommended!

Beyond our Expectations
We loved loved loved this house!! It was beautifully decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and then some. My favorite was the upper deck. It was comfy and relaxing. We spent many nights and early mornings out there. We rented the golf cart which was far less than what the ones on the island charges. Owners were accommodating and really nice. Highly recommend this one without reservation, way worth the price. Will be returning next summer.

New Years in Galveston
This is a little late but still wanted to leave a review- we had the best time celebrating the New Year 2022 at this home. There was plenty of space to spread out and communication with the property manager was great. Would highly recommend staying here with a small or large group.

The house itself was great, location was spot on, only thing seems to be that Flavia kept passing by the house.We were outside on the patio and noticed that at least twice to the point where cars were going around because she stopped and stared both times coming and going directions. That was annoying.

Well Appointed Home Close to Beach
This was the second time renting this home for a nearby family gathering. You’ll find everything you need. Great floor plan, Spacious outdoor entertainment, tasteful decor. The owners have thought of everything. We’ll be back..

Wonderful Place to Stay!
From the time we arrived on a very cold and windy evening, we found the home warm and welcoming. The owners are extremely thoughtful and have provided almost everything you need and more. The home is beautifully decorated and well taken care of. The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of appliances, dishes and tools. Towels, linens and extras such as soft blankets are included. We loved spending our time on the back deck, enjoying the beach breezes. The location is far enough away from the crowds and noise, but not so far that it takes long to travel to local stores and restaurants. To get to the beach, you cross the main highway, follow a small road and less than 4 min later, you're there! The beach is clean, not overcrowded and a great place to relax and enjoy the day. We will definitely be back!

It was perfect
It was very comfortable and clean. We couldn’t stop complementing the design and decor of the house. It was spacious and cozy. We never had any issues with our stay, and if we ever needed anything the owners were very quick to respond. If I ever come back to Galveston I’ll definitely look into staying here again!

Just what we needed
The property is just what you need when at the beach. It’s close to the main roads but far enough removed to be quiet. We didn’t spend too much time there other than to sleep and have breakfast but it was clean enough and comfy for our kids. It’s a great place for budget travelers.

Really Great Place!!!
My family had such a terrific stay here! Probably one of our favorite places to stay so far! This is a clean, super comfy, beautifully decorated beach house with so many extras thrown in! It has a great downstairs patio area that my family really enjoyed! It is a few blocks from the beach, less than 5 minutes to the beach by golf cart. If there was a previous issue with the stairs, it has clearly been fixed as we found no issue at all with them. I’m really surprised at a few of the reviews about this house…the house is not new construction nor is it advertised as such so we didn’t expect every corner or every piece to be perfect…but, man, it is really a nice little beach house!! Check in was very simple, communication was great. The house had every thing we needed! We even prepared an entire Thanksgiving feast with ease in the kitchen…just had to buy groceries! I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Would gladly stay here again!

Really Great Place!!!!
To start, my family had the BEST stay and enjoyed this place so much!! I am so glad I didn’t let some of the reviews sway our decision. I am just truly perplexed at some of the reviews I read after staying here. First off, if you are looking for an oceanfront, new construction rental, you need to look for that type of rental. This is not it & does not advertise as such. Leaving a review complaining about such things is a reflection of the renter not the property mgmt co. or owner. You should know your expectations and rent accordingly. Because this house is a fully furnished, comfortable, beautifully decorated beach house with lots of extras! If there was an issue with the stairs, that has been completely repaired as they were sturdy, well built, no issues with slanting, sloping or steepness. The house is located a few blocks from the beach. On a golf cart, it’s less than 5 minutes to the beach. When heading to the beach, you will cross a busy 4 lane road, but it is still easily maneuvered with quick access to the beach. The downstairs area was one of our favorite parts of the house! We came during the week of Thanksgiving & knew we may be up against cooler temps, rain, etc. It rained and was chilly several days out of our 6 day stay, but we still had a great time downstairs! The enclosed area was dry, comfortable, & a safe free-roaming area for our dog. We had so much fun! The pool table is not going to meet the hard-core pool players standards, but it is still very useable & great fun! We played games and listened to music. We found the couch super comfy and great for all of us to watch a movie. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed to do so! I have nothing negative to say! We would love to stay here again!

The stairway was dangerously pieced together. Felt like the stairway was leaning away from the house. The top 7 or 8 stairs were sloped downward, which makes them dangerous to navigate. The top rail is very wobbly.

Terrific vacation!
The house is very nice! Clean and beautifully decorated! We got in under pouring rain and the stairs was not covered anda little uneven but I had read the reviews and knew about it so we were very careful! The tv on all rooms were tricky to manipulate and the manager helped us with that! We had a laugh about not knowing how to make the shower work!!!again the managers were very helpful! I would return!

Not near beach, house needs some love!
Property is located across the highway from beach. Not really walk-able when hauling beach gear and coolers. We drove to beach. House was clean but needs some love. Downstairs is closed off and doesn’t look nearly as good as pictures. I understand it’s a beach house but there’s no excuse for floor trim not being nailed in, towel racks coming off walls, no blender carafe, dangerous stairs that were rickety for us 50 year olds, and silly “place settings” we weren’t allowed to use and a ginormous fancy vase and floral arrangement that we had to move because we couldn’t see across the table and 3 non-working lights in the lower patio area, and peeling paint around the entry door frame. Feel like we could have gotten better for a $1300 2-night stay. We had a blast in spite of these things but it was not what I anticipated from the pictures and description.

Great house near quite beach!
House was great and well kept! Amenities were as described and we had a great time staying here. Easy access to the beach both through car and a 5 minute bike ride! There were a hand full of bikes to use there, some need some maintenance but they still get you too and from the beach! Would definitely go back and stay again
