Experience the charm of Stuga Bergvik, a quintessential Swedish cottage located in the serene province of Jämtland, near Gällö. Just a 5-minute walk from the tranquil Revsundssjön Lake and a small beach, Stuga Bergvik offers a perfect escape into nature, where relaxation, space, and silence are guaranteed.

Accessible by car via Sundsvall and Östersund, Stuga Bergvik is also reachable through a flight connection to Östersund, where rental cars are available. The nearby town of Gällö, less than a 10-minute drive, features a train station (Mittbanen), a supermarket, Sweden 365 (an indoor cross-country ski tunnel), and Mickelbacken ski slope. The vibrant city of Östersund, Jämtland’s capital, is just 45 minutes away, offering 300 stores and about 50 restaurants and bars.

Stuga Bergvik accommodates two guests comfortably, with additional space for two more during summer thanks to a small adjacent stuga. The cottage has electricity, hot and cold water, and an ecological dry toilet. It can be heated with a wood stove or electric heaters, ensuring a cozy stay year-round.

The cottage includes games, books, and a TV with free-to-air channels for indoor relaxation. You can also connect your phone to the TV to stream your favorite shows on Netflix or YouTube, although please note that data roaming is required as there is no WiFi available.

The outdoor space around Stuga Bergvik is perfect for unwinding, with a garden terrace, four garden chairs, and a barbecue. During the right season, guests can use the provided berry comb and bucket to forage in the nearby forest.

Revsundssjön Lake is renowned for its excellent fishing waters, making our cottage an ideal spot for fishing enthusiasts. Guests are welcome to bring their fishing gear, though a basic set is also available.
