"I had initially planned on splitting my week long stay in Stockholm between 2 hotels but ended up staying at the Sparrow for the entire trip. The Superior King room that I had was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! The hotel is located in a nicely maintained old building which adds to the charm, with several common areas to discover. I loved the complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning. Just note that the restaurant and wine bar are closed on Sun-Mon, but there are other wonderful dining options within walkable distance. Would definitely stay again!"

"Read the property descriptions and reviews carefully. The rooms are small, so choose with that in mind. Even though small, the space is well thought out. A mini fridge would be a great addition and feasible in the double rooms. That was the only thing missing. I had no problem with noise when it came time to sleep, but I always travel with air plug and I used them. The rooms are not that soundproof. There is temperature control in the room, but I didn’t find that it made a difference which way I spun the dial. Some instructions in the room would be nice, but I could have asked reception. Breakfast had a lot of choice. It was a good way to sample some Swedish flavors, but be mindful most items are on the cold and room temperature side. There were only several slightly warm options during my stay, but I presume the menu changes over time. I enjoyed the food and my time there overall."
