"This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town of Gallipoli. It's a peaceful haven in a perfect location and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of seating areas on various levels. The staff are amazing! The breakfast staff, especially Alessia and Alessandra looked after us really well. "I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
