"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"La parada del tranvía12 o 13 está cerca y llega al Duomo pasando por Castell sforcezi por lo que está genial. Zona tranquila con cafeterías cercanas y barrio muy tranquilo. Apartamentos tranquilos nada ruidoso… faltaría un poco de calefacción porque no funcionaba la calefacción central del edificio, supongo que debido a las fechas aún no estaría en marcha. "

"Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"
