"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."

Modern amenities, very friendly staff (both reception and breakfast personnel), and such a relaxing location right at the marina and near the beach (suitable for dogs). "COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."

"Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (es gab sogar noch Kaffeepulver!) und mit seperatem Schlafzimmer auch toll geschnitten. Die Lage ist sowohl zum Strand als auch zu Supermärkten ect optimal und auch die Steilküste lässt sich von dort toll erreichen. Der Check in war perfekt, da ich nicht erst den Schlüssel irgendwo abholen musste, sondern er direkt vor Ort geholt werden kann. Auch die Wäsche wurde mir in die Wohnung geliefert, sehr bequem. Die einzigen Verbesserungsvorschläge...
