"We stayed for a long weekend to see the Christmas boat parade. This property is perfectly located and walking distance to everything! The house was in great condition and very clean. It had everything you would possibly need. Our next trip to Mystic will definitely be here."

"This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. "On the sixth anniversary of our daughter’s passing, we got together with another daughter, her husband, and their Australian shepherd dog for family time. It was chilly, but we enjoyed our time together. Mystic is a lovely spot, even in early March. Your home was a lovely oasis for us. Thank you!"

"The views were even better in person. We were looking for a great oceanfront property that wasn’t too far from the areas we planned to visit. The house was great to watch and listen to the waves and read a book for some downtime between trips out. Our host was great. "

"Clean, comfortable and quiet! The linens and towels were soft and fresh. The room and beds were comfortable! It was SO quiet it felt like we were the only ones there too. Best nights sleep in a hotel. The front desk staff on evening on 3/15/24, was friendly and professional. We ended up needing to move our room after check-in and she was very accommodating. A crib was made available ahead of time. The breakfast spread was great! Coffee was fresh and strong. Dining area clean! The hotel was so well decorated, colorful without being overstimulating. Clean all around. And the seating through out was comfortable! The staff at breakfast and housekeeping were all so nice! Kudos to this Best Western! Thanks for a happy stay while traveling with kiddos! "
