"We were a group of three girlfriends celebrating our 65th birthdays with a holiday en Provence. We stayed at Goult House for one week in October 2024. This property is exactly as described. It is a spacious house with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedrooms are also big and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to work in. The view from the upper bedroom balcony is spectacular. There are not views from the pool area, but is it lovely nevertheless. As our stay was in October, we didn't spend a lot of time around the pool, but as the pool was still open, one brave friend had a quick dip. We are Canadian! It was helpful to have sinks in most rooms and showers in some. We were just 3 people, so having two toilets to share worked just fine for us. Beatrice was very easy to reach and attentive to our needs. She was a pleasure to deal with both before and during our stay. The house is right in the village, just a few minutes walk to the village square. There is a short hill, but it is not too steep. There are some very nice restaurants in the village, a good little grocer with fresh fruits and vegetables, a bakery, a cheese shop, and a butcher. Goult is a lovely, quiet little village and not busy like some of the most popular villages in the area. There are no tour buses in Goult. We would highly recommend a stay at this property. "This is a beautiful stone house on a grand scale that is a real pleasure to stay in. We loved the stone tiled floors throughout and the comfortable ensuite bedrooms, the sheltered courtyard. The heated pool is fabulous. The kitchen has all the equipment and space you need to prepare a feast! It is close to many pretty villages and towns and wonderful countryside to explore by car, bike or on foot. We would love to stay again."

"From the time we arrived until we departed (too soon) we had a marvelous time. The gorgeous setting in Provence was perfect for our family of five. We could easily travel to towns like Gordes and Cassis to return to relax by the pool and dine in the patio kitchen. We even could watch some of the Olympics. Our host Peter greeted us when we arrived and had breakfast waiting for us our first morning. Truly a special time for our family! "

"Overall great location close to many great Villages and things to do, one drawback was the closeness in the house closest to the master bedroom when noise levels were loud a few evenings. It was just a few evenings. The house has everything you need and more, great pool and even on the hottest days it seemed very cool. I would stay here again we really enjoyed our almost 2 weeks at this home."

"The house is in the village of Goult. The village is well equipped. The house was renovated and the renovation was well thought out. However, it is time to do some maintenance. Sink drains that leak, clothes dryer that needed servicing, cobwebs and mold are indicators that the house is not being maintained. The checkin could have been better as no instructions were given on how to operate the pool. Had to call another person who finally found the on/off switch. No instructions on the operation of the BBQ (turn the lever on the right and push the button on the left of the regulator and then the igniter). Lastly, we stayed two weeks and it would have been civilized if a change of linens had been provided."

"We had an amazing time at this house! It was the perfect setup for two families. Almost all the rooms had a balcony or French doors to the outside. The outdoor spaces were amazing with a beautiful pool, hot tub, boules court, huge patio and dining area, and gorgeous lavender fields. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kevin was a very attentive host and checked in daily. He had great food restaurant recommendations. The location was just perfect! It was within 10-20 minutes from so many great little towns - Gordes, Lacoste, Menerbes, Roussillon, and Bonnieux. There was also a convenient grocery store (Super U), bakery, pharmacy, and coffee shop within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this spot! We loved our experience!"

"We stayed the last week of June at the property. The villa was wonderful-modern and comfortable with everything you need for a luxurious stay. It was very well equipped. The views of the surrounding countryside were beautiful. The host Laurent was so welcoming, very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the property or recommendations for local visits. Merci Laurent! The pool was very welcome on some of the hot days and we very much enjoyed using it! Lacoste is such a pretty village and just a short walk from the villa. We visited the chateau and also the lovely Cafe de France, and the tiny village shop was also very handy. It’s in a very picturesque area, on the edge of the Luberon, with plenty of other lovely towns and villages to visit. All in all we had a fantastic holiday there and definitely didn’t want to leave! I would have loved another week (or two)."
