"Amazing staff, I came down with a infection and they were able to help with a doctor, not only that they genuinely helpped and would ask how my recovery was. I wasnt able to eat a lot, at breakfast I would just have a banana but there werent any so got something else. As eating without asking the member of staff brought me a banana as they had noticed I always took one. Small things like this make a big difference!"

"The only problem I had was the roof leaked in the hallway of the 4th floor(my room was fine). And the balcony has a very high wall. I'm 5ft 10 and could just barely see over it. Otherwise amazing. "I want to mention that all the receptionists in this hotel treated their guests exceptionally well. From when we arrived until we checked out, they extended their hands to ensure everything went smoothly.
