The master bedroom and guest room, located on the second floor, offer full-sized sleeping accommodations along with 1.5 bath and laundry room. The both bedroom and living room are equipped Smart TVs connected to WiFi for you to login into your Netflix or other streaming subscriptions.

We enjoyed our stay at the property.. it had everything we needed for a long weekend in Galena and a perfect location to park and walk to most of the city points of interest. The outdoor areas of the house were great for unwinding at the end of the day or between activities. We would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable home. It was nice to relax in the private backyard or the front porch which had a very nice view of the Galena River. We also loved the proximity to all the shops/restaurants on Main Street.

Comfortable and quaint.
We’ve stayed in several different places on our visits to Galena, but this time we decided to stay closer to downtown. This was the perfect place for us. Easy to get anywhere by walking, and nice to home to and rest up for more exploring. We’d definitely recommend this place and will stay here again.

Perfect Spot to Walk the Town
The property has a lot of charm and was just the right size. It was very clean, and with being on Main Street it was only a short walk to the start of the shops (and cool how it’s right next to the gates). The only improvement is with directions for parking. My group got confused as to which Presbyterian church we needed to look out for in order to find the right lot (Maps only showed 1 church that was labeled as such but it wasn’t the right one, and there’s several churches on the same street for many blocks). Even a local who tried helping was confused. Overall though, this was perfect for our stay and will definitely consider booking again!

Perfect spot
We really enjoyed our stay at the nautical house. This spot on Main Street was perfectly situated along the river and within walking distance to everything. Although a larger bed would have been nice, we knew going in that each room only had full sized beds and the location more than made up for that. Check in was easy, the house was clean and filled with everything we needed.
