Family Reunion

Extended Family Getaway
Loved having a bathroom with each bedroom. It was very spacious with a large dining room table where we all were able to eat and play games. Great location! Owners were very helpful and accommodating and responded quickly to our texts.

Beautiful house
The house was perfect to host our group. We had a larger group, never felt cramped and had plenty of space to spread out. The host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. We had a runner in the group and she felt very safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this place.

Great location in the Galena territory, at the front of the neighborhood so could walk to the general store if you wanted to. High end finishes, great house for a multi family trip. Most responsive host I have ever had for any rental. Highly recommended

Great getaway
Had a fun weekend with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Plenty of space and very clean. Each bedroom had an onsite bathroom, so incredibly convenient for a large group. Check in was easy and the owner had great communication. Would stay again!

Beautiful house. Great location. Perfect for our group of 6 couples celebrating the same birthday year. Bonus was each room having king sized beds with en-suite bathrooms. Molly was wonderful to work with.

Amazing House
The house was beautiful! Very Spacious, Modern and Clean. It was perfect for our large family gathering. We would definitely stay here again! Molly was so quick to respond with any questions we had. The golf passes and piano we an added treat.

Lovely weekend
This is a lovely home -- even better than the pictures! We really liked the 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. It was very clean, nice bedding and beds, good towels, well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the big dining table and the fireplace. Owner was very responsive to our questions. We used the pool at the Community Center which was great, and we all liked the hot tub at the house. Terrific experience -- we"ll be back!

Grandma Jeanette’s birthday celebration
This was our second stay at the property. It was perfect for our needs. Easy check in and check out process. The openness off the floor plan allowed for a large group to celebrate my mother in law’s 94th birthday The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms worked perfectly. The bonus loft area with two queen beds were an added bonus Highly recommend this property for larger groups

2023 Ski Trip
This is our third year to Galena for a ski trip. Best home we have stayed. The hot tub and fireplace were a bonus. Lots of room for everyone. Only wish there was better lighting over the kitchen sink and some trouble with getting the oven to heat appropriately. Hopefully we will stay here again in 2024!

Fantastic place and host to make everlasting memories
This home was just like we had imagined and more. The house was clean with all the kitchen needs you would expect to cook for a large group. We enjoyed cooking and found all the utensils needed. Kids loved the pool table and spent a lot of time there. Molly was very responsive to all our questions. Best part was we could leave the place without fussing over elaborate checkout procedure. Loved our stay and made lovely memories.

Wonderful family vacation!
We had a wonderful week in Galena with a family members age 2 to 85. The house was perfect for all with plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed the screened in deck and the hot tub! Location was great with easy access to all of The Galena Territory amenities including pool, fitness center, and golf! The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked in most evenings. Molly was fabulous in assisting us with any requests! Would definitely rent again! Thanks for a great stay in Gslena!

Exceptional Stay
We had a wonderful time staying at Molly's home! We were traveling with two other families and this space accoodated us so comfortably. The kids used the whirlpool immediately upon entering the space and had the best time. The home had a beautiful kitchen where we cooked all of our meals and a great table to accommodate us all. The bathrooms in each room with showers/baths made staying with multiple families so comfortable and we all had enough space to have privacy when needed. Molly was incredibly helpful from start to finish and so hospitable and kind. We only have positive things to say about our stay and will plan to rent in the future!

We decided to choose this property as it had six bedrooms and six and a half baths The positives of the property were the well stocked kitchen-plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking/baking utensils. The large oversized table worked great with our large group A lot of the furniture did show a bit of wear and tear and could use an update The hardest bit was regulating the temperature..the upstairs bedrooms were very hot and the lower level was chilly The owner was very easy to work with and was available if needed

Family Birthday Celebration
We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home with my family. The home is very nice and the six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect. The large kitchen was awesome as we cooked all of our meals at the house. The large dining table was perfect for our large family meals. We had everything we needed for our family Labor Day weekend. Molly was there when we arrived and graciously gave us a tour and where to locate items we might need which was very much appreciated. There are lots of fun places to visit and shop in the town of Galena. The only issue we had was with the outdoor grill. Overall, we had an awesome time! Thank you, Molly!

Perfect Week
The communication with the owner was great. The house was in super condition. We are coming back. Lots of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Close to the General. Extra clean. lots of porches. lots of room inside. Wonderful dinning table - big enough for everyone to play games and eat and have a jigsaw puzzle going at the end of the table the whole time. Full kitchen with all of the utensils and pots and pans that anyone would want. The owners were super concerned with making sure it was clean for our stay. They went the extra mile in getting us pool passes in the current lottery for passes. This is a keeper.

Relaxing getaway weekend
Awesome place to stay.....hot tub was great, house was great. The ONLY thing I could find to give constructive criticism on, is that all of us enjoy shooting pool....it is one of 2 things we specifically look for every year in a getaway house.....with that being said, the majority of the pool cues had no tips or were in poor shape. I've learned the past several years to bring my own cues with, but then am forced to let everyone else use my expensive cues. I would simply recommend keeping an eye on this, or investing in some cheap WalMart cues if nothing else, to help better the experience. Otherwise everything was seamless, and we truly enjoyed our stay!
