"Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"Host did not tell us final payment had to be in cash until the end of the stay. Had to go get 1100 euros! We were unaware we had to pay for all utilities including using lights, cooktop, hot water. WiFi was extra too. Winter heat was not turned on yet and it was cold and we had no way to turn it on. House as clean, the estate was very lovely, lots of privacy, would be nicer in good weather. Poppi is a very nice town just out of the way for day trips. "
