"We loved the old school building renovated with an eye for detail and all modern comfort. The location is great, half an hour's walk from the beach. Lekeitio is a pleasant town. A wonderful base to get to know the Basque nature and culture. Anne and Kerman are very hospitable and were always available if necessary. We enjoyed our moments together...their stories and hospitality !!"

Gorgeous doors, beams, stone kitchen sink etc. make this place unique. While at times a bit musty, the setting was beautiful The hosts went above and beyond to help us with the arrival and continued to check in with us."

"This was a perfect home for our group of 6 (2 young children, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents) tucked away in the hills. It was conveniently located for day trips in the surrounding area. We spent wonderful afternoons lounging in the yard reading and watching the horses graze in the pasture right below us. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, and pleasant rooms for relaxing and visiting. The drive up the narrow road leading to the home seemed surreal. Couldn’t recommend the place more."
