An employee unlocked the door using a key card and walked into my room at 10:20 while I was still in bed. It doesn’t matter what time it is or if they are checking if we left already no employee should enter the room. I didn’t even hear a knock. He did say sorry after he opened the door and saw me in bed but still very UNACCEPTABLE! Then not even 10 minutes later a lady comes to knock on the door and says housekeeping I yelled saying we’re still here and haven’t left yet… Mind you checkout is at 11. I still had plenty of time left.

Definitely wouldn't stay here again! Staff was not friendly at all, i had to ask where our room was, as she just handed me a key with a sticky note. Rooms need to be upgraded, toilet lid was too small, found a bug in the shower, beds were supposed to be queen and we got full size. Last resort hotel.

No hot water in the morning , my family if 4 was not able to shower before driving 7 hours back home. I let them know up front and the lady said there’s nothing she can do and for me to email the owner or just go leave a bad review because he looks at them sometimes…I understand having a cheaper room does have it’s down side but no hot water ???

The reception staff, both evening and morning, most cordial and professional. Housekeeping and kitchen staff were rude and even angry. My room was 151 and across from my room was an unlocked unsightly storage room, a number of things are very much in need of repair. My black out drapes had big holes were plastic had peeled away and sun shined through, vent missing from above shower exposing a large open black space, poor paint job where painter was clearly unskilled, carpet unraveling. Wall Heater was unable to heat the room adequately. Breakfast advertised until 10 am. At 9:50 it was already shut down. While the furniture was okay the room and building were inside need of repairs and upkeep. I expected far more for the price I paid. The sight outside my window and door were both unsightly and scary.
