Great location! One block to UF Campus, 1 mile to Shands Hospital, walking distance to a Publix, restaurants and stores.

Walk across the street to UF Campus, walk to UF Stadium, the Exactech Arena, midtown, Innovation District and more! Comfortable, cozy and convenient.

The Space:
This 3rd floor condo is a one bedroom / one bathroom with a washer and dryer in unit. The couch in the living room turns into a full-size bed.

The building has parking underneath the building. Parking is first come first serve and does require a parking pass which we provide. There is a $50 fee if the parking pass is not left upon checkout.

Guest Access:
Guests have the entire condo to themselves.
