Magnificent Lake Lanier Home-Indonesian Decor-Huge Party Dock

This 5000 square foot, gorgeous, Indonesian decor house is truly a lake-lovers dream. It is immaculately decorated in every room to an Indonesian-Asian theme. It is perfectly located in a fantastic ski cove, with amazing sunset views. It is directly at the center point of lake lanier providing easy access by boat to restaurants, marinas, golf, tennis, jet-ski rentals, camp out areas, hiking areas, Etc. We also have a canoe and kayaks on the dock available for your use and enjoyment. Also, we provide plenty of life vest for adults and children. Enjoy swimming off our dock with our easy access swim ladder for adults and children, just off the rear of the dock. The nearest boat ramp is Ducket Mill which is just directly across our cove, literally a 3 minute boat ride.

The home is nestled in the trees with fantastic views of the lake from all bedrooms, and the main dining room area. It has two large decks attached to the house, both with incredible lake view.

The outdoor all stone fire pit overlooking the lake is a guest favorite as well! It even has gorgeous stone benches to sit on surrounding the fire pit, perfect for relaxing around the fire while you roast your smores. We even supply all the wood!

After a fun-filled day playing in the lake, enjoy the indoor jacuzzi room in the house, also with a fantastic view of the lake.

This house is loaded with amenities such as HD cable TV and Internet TV, with full subscription to all the movie channels, giant 55 inch Samsung 4K Ultra HD flat screen with surround sound, a huge play room for the kids, pool table, outdoor gas grill, HD TVs in all bedrooms, central heat and air throughout, wood burning fire place, the largest dock allowed on lake lanier (double slip, two stories with huge party platform on top - also great for jumping into the lake), etc. It is decorated first class! Hi-Speed Wireless Internet also available.

This lakefront house is our favorite place in the world. However, due to extensive travel this summer, we have decided to make it available to others for rental. Our double slip, two story dock with power is always on deep-water and will easily accommodate your boat rental. Also, the fishing in our cove is superb - huge striper bass everywhere. Stay at this house once, and you will want to come back every year!

We hope you love our home and want to come back again year after year. We do have a strict no party policy. Maximum guest is 11 persons in home, on the dock and our property. Number of vehicles cannot exceed 4. This is strictly enforced by us and by the City Ordinance. Violators will be asked to leave immediately. But this simply means that we don't want/allow any blow out types of parties there. We respectfully request that you treat our home as if it were your own. Don't get us wrong, as we want you to enjoy every part of the house; cook out, enjoy all the decks and dock, and enjoy your family type getaway to the fullest. We strive to accommodate your every need and nothing makes us happier then getting a 5 star review from you after your stay. We work very hard striving to earn that from you (if you feel we are deserving of it of course.) If you have any needs while you are there, just let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

We do have 3 security cameras outside to monitor home for your protection. There are no security cameras inside our home.

Maximum parking is 4 vehicles. No RVs, campers or boat trailers allowed in parking areas. No smokers or fryers allowed on decks.



The house is also a smart house meaning it has Alexis devices inside to control lights and music through the Alexis device.

Perfect family retreat
The house perfectly met our needs. Four separate family groups each with separate sleeping. We took advantage of beautiful lake location (renting pontoon at nearby marina), had evening sing along around fire pit and several members enjoyed the hot tub. It was exactly what we needed

We had an awesome stay at Woody's! Brian, the property manager, was great and he accommodated our early check-in request as we were trying to enjoy the warmest day of our stay. The dock was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately it was cold weather, so the hot tub was an amazing amenity! The house was well stocked with anything you could need and a great location. Would definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful and perfect for a multi-generational family. The house was large enough that we could have privacy when needed. The dock may have been everyone's favorite area. We fished, swam, and sunbathed to our hearts content.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! Our family stated here to celebrate Christmas and ring in the new year. What a beautiful and lovely experience! All the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms left us feeling as if we had experienced a spa day, not to mention the lake views of the home. Our entire experience with the owner and property manager could not have been better. Definitely a five plus star rating.

Our whole family loves staying at the house everything is convenient and the property manager is easy to work with. The only downside for me is there is a lot of stairs. But the house is beautiful.

Great for groups!
We were staying at this amazing house for a cycling team training camp. It was perfect. It has lots of fun things to do - canoeing, pool table, hot tub. All the cyclists really enjoyed themselves as the rides were very hilly and challenging and this home was a fantastic place to rest up and enjoy in the off times. Thank you for such a nice stay!!

Perfect lake vacation
Our vacation here could not have gone better. The house is great and was exactly what we saw in the listing. Our kids loved jumping off the dock and there was room for us to dock our boat. The inside has plenty of space for two families. There are two masters which makes it great if there are two families. Communication with Michele was great and she was always helpful. We could not have been happier with our stay here.

Beautiful home
I needed a nice weekend get-away and this was the perfect place. The area was a peaceful residential location, absolutely “no-noise.” This is an exceptionally beautiful large home completely set up with everything. All the rooms were very spacious. The master bedrooms were nice and the one I chose was facing the deck (beautiful scenery of Lake Lanier). I enjoyed the scenery on the private deck while the guests did a little fishing (did not catch anything, just basically fed the fish). My stay was wonderful and I would love to stay here again.

Great location and very unique!
Had a great Memorial Weekend stay at this beautiful home. It has more unique rooms than we have ever seen before. Property Manager great and location for boating is perfect. Only piece of advice is if you have an elderly person traveling with you. There are tons of stairs with some unprotected by railings, and the route to the dock can be tricky. My 89 year old mother did ok, but we are lucky that she is not yet in need of a walker or cane. Lots of places to just relax and take in the awesome view - perfect for sunsets.

Very Nice, with lots of places for everyone to hangout
We had a wonderful Family Vacation! Simple and relaxing. We only left to go get more groceries. The house has a lot of nice places for everyone to handout together or apart. From the hot tub room, the game room, the deck with the fireplace, or the large deck with the grill, the living room, the separate dining room, the sunken living room, to the dock...... places to be together or simple get away. The kitchen is quite small especially for the size of the house which made meal preparation a little challenging for more then one cook, but we made it work. Also the appliances and utensils left a lot to be desired and there is no cabinet space. The bedroom layout is a little odd too but the 2 master suites are very nice. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time!! The sunsets are just beautiful!!

Best Getaway Ever!
My whole family enjoyed your home to its fullest potential, the home was absolutely perfect for all of our needs and the pictures don't do your place justice. It was perfect for entertaining two families comfortably. Michelle was absolutely fabulous, she went above and beyond for us and was readily available for all of my questions. The dock was the best part, we were there all day playing in the lake with the kiddos. The rope swing that was recently added to the cove was certainly a plus for the kids. The kyack and Canoe were used multiple times for exploring and fishing. The play room came in very handy and we played many rounds of pool, we definitely enjoyed relaxing in the spa, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit! The only negatives (which certainly didn't ruin one minute of the trip) were the beds-they are in need of upgrading for comfort and we couldn't use the pull out bed due to the plastic on the mattress but the couch was big enough to turn into a bed for our daughter. The grill was a little rough as well making it hard to cook on it due to wear and tear. But overall the house was incredible and we had the best vacation in many years and left fully relaxed. The views and sunsets were amazing!! Thank you for providing your home to us, we will certainly be back!!

The lake house is beautiful. However my problem lies with the property manager Michelle. She has 0 trust. She thought I was going to have a huge party. They have camera all over the property to spy on you. I told her I wasn’t having more than 10 people at the house. (Max u can have is 11) which is ridiculous because in one of the photos of the place it shows 14 people hanging out by the fire pit!!! Every single time one of my guest came through the front door she would call me immediately and tell me that not many more people can come. I kept telling her only 10 are coming. Then when the 10th person showed up she said that if 1 more person shows up she’s calling the police and evicting us! No one else was coming!! We are quiet people who just wanted to bbq and hang by the water. Not loud, rowdy or anything. She ruined my night. Ruined a beautiful house. We were calm, clean and collect the entire time. I do not recommend this place. Money down the drain.
