The view overlooks the courthouse and sits on cobblestone streets and resides within walking distance to boutiques, eateries, and bars. This high end loft has an open concept with so many high end amenities. 13 minutes to Winstar Casino. No pets, no children under 10, no smoking and no more than 10 guests. Perfect place to stay!
The property exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to host our bachelorette party. It was clean & with the added beds it easily accommodated everyone in our group. The outside patio was the perfect place to hang out as the sun went down & the day cooled off. The hosts were great to work with & made the process of renting their property super easy. Would highly recommend!

Family Celebration
We rented Zaza for a weekend stay to celebrate a family milestone. Wow, the loft is a gem! It is immaculately kept and beautiful furnished and decorated. Our guests all raved about how amazing it was and our family loved all the personal touches and amenities. Tammy was a wonderful host…So accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend staying!

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed the night before her wedding, had her bridal photo session and got ready for her wedding there and then her and her new husband spent their wedding night there at the Loft. It was emaculate and all we could imagine! Clean, comfortable and beautiful. Tammy was a gracious host! Top notch experience! Thank you, Tammy for 2 perfect nights!

Space is amazing - great to host a party! Great attention to detail! Very spacious - looks bigger than the pictures. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Sleeping arrangements are a bit different and don’t plan to sleep in as the sun comes in bright. But so much to do in the area, you won’t want to miss a thing! Highly recommend! Wish I had another reason to book it!

We stayed in Gainesville for a wedding in Valley View. We loved staying on the square; however, many shops and restaurants are permanently closed and not much to do in Gainesville as we hoped. We drove to local wineries and Denton-which were not far away. Loft ZaZa is beautiful and a fun place to stay! We loved the historic nature of the building! The loft was spotless and had high end amenities. Thank you for letting us stay at Loft ZaZa!

Loft for bridal party
We rented this for my bridal party and myself to use the night before my wedding, as well as for whoever needed it on the night of the wedding. It was more than enough space and had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee machine with pods available, the ice machine, and the sound system. The loft has a lot of nice backgrounds for photos too!

This place was beautiful, spacious. The sleeping arrangements lack privacy but was perfect for our group of 6 women. The minute I walked in I dropped my jaw and said WOW!

20th Anniversary
Beautiful loft! Greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and a double swan towel decoration with rose petals made into a 20! Would definitely recommend this to all!

Perfect for ladies weekend getaway!
Tammy was so sweet to work with! She was quick to respond whenever I had questions. Tammy also provided me with a list of good restaurants and boutiques nearby. Her boutique is right below the loft and she has some beautiful clothing, accessories, kitchenware and snacks. Upon our arrival we were greeted with all the lights on inside, the air was going on a very hot summer day and smooth jazz was playing throughout the loft. She also had several yummy goodies waiting for us! In the evening we enjoyed playing card games on the patio and listening to live music playing at a nearby restaurant. We loved our time at Loft ZaZa! I may return with my family some time for them to enjoy it as well.

Amazing loft
This loft is amazing - we had our family and another family of close friends staying here together. There were 10 of us and we loved every second of our time at this property. From the communication from Tammy to the comfort of the loft and all of the amenities , we would highly recommend! We also were able to shop at the cute boutique below the property and enjoy a couple other places around this property.

Loved us some Loft Zaza
Quick last minute trip to the area led us to Loft Zaza. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt like we could stay for much longer. It’s a posh and hip open space that invites quality time with friends and family. We were a family of four exploring activities and venues nearby. We just wanted to hang out at this gorgeous Loft our last night. We had everything we needed and Tammy was a pleasure to work with. No doubt we will be back.

Absolutely Fantastic Loft!
We stayed at the loft for a week with multiple friends & family and held a small event (27 people) there, too. Tammy had all of the extra beds set up for us as well as a couple of banquet tables. She even personalized a sign and wedding date for the luncheon which was SO sweet! The photos are beautiful but don't do Loft Zaza justice. From the comfortable beds to the expansive back porch and beautiful glassware as well as top of the line appliances Loft Zaza is THEE place to stay in downtown Gainesville. Walking distance to coffee shops, brewery, restaurants, boutique shopping, etc... I bought the MOST CHIC pair of slippers at the boutique downstairs!! We all agreed that we were ready to move in! Thank you for a fantastic stay, Tammy!

This VRBO is exceptional as is the property owner. Tammy was easy to communicate with, was so nice and welcoming and a pleasure to work with. I felt welcome as if I were a favorite family member. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Our son and his groomsmen loved the place and enjoyed their time there. We are now looking at a date when we can all gather here again for a girls weekend! This is definitely a place where we will return to again and again. Thank you, Tammy, for making our special wedding weekend all the more happy!
