With ample seating, including multiple couches and chairs, a large dining table for 8, and a 75” wall-mounted Smart TV, this space is designed for entertainment and creating unforgettable memories.
Indulge in the art of coffee brewing with our exceptional amenities. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, we provide a range of coffee options, including a Nespresso machine, a latte milk frother, a pour-over kit with a burr grinder, and a convenient coffee pot for those on the go!
As you explore the bedrooms, you'll discover a world of comfort and style. The first bedroom features a king-size bed with a new cooling memory foam mattress, a travel crib, and a smart TV. Just outside the door, you'll find the first of three full bathrooms, boasting a luxurious and spacious walk-in shower with multiple separate shower heads.
Across the hallway, the second bedroom awaits with a unique and sturdy bunk bed design, featuring two queen beds on the lower and upper tiers, both equipped with cooling memory foam mattresses. This room also offers a smart TV and convenient outdoor access to the pool and outdoor lounging area, providing plenty of space for large groups.
Continuing through the house, another beautifully appointed bedroom awaits, boasting an extra tall ceiling, a comfortable queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. This bedroom also offers direct access to the recently remodeled swimming pool.
Behind the fireplace in the first living room, you'll discover the fourth and largest bedroom, featuring two three-tier custom Gator-themed bunk beds designed to accommodate guests of all ages. Each bunk comes with a cooling memory foam mattress, and the room offers additional entertainment options such as indoor cornhole and arcade basketball. The in-suite bathroom includes a convenient walk-in shower.
As you venture out of the bunk bed room, you'll notice the extra-large dining table that separates the two living rooms, creating a perfect space for gathering and relaxation. The newly remodeled kitchen awaits, showcasing brand new black stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and fully stocked kitchen.
Finally, step outside through the kitchen's back door to reach our backyard oasis. Here, you'll be greeted by the inviting swimming pool, a beautiful patio, six beach chairs, and the leisure mini golf area. The deck with a fire pit sets the stage for late-night memories in our large, fenced-in backyard surrounded by gorgeous landscaping.
