Hurricane stay
Our stay was comfortable and clean. The only issue we had is the strong smell of chemicals. It caused an asthama attack on my friend. We thought we were going to have to leave but we aired it out and she used medication to get passed it. She had to spend the first 5 hours sitting outside in the back before she could stay inside without having breathing trouble. She wasnt alone because we all found the stron g smell offensive to oir breathing.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. I had to message the property manager a few times because I made an error on my booking. Their response was quick and very courteous. The place was clean and the beds were so comfy and soft! It is located close to the shopping mall and a few great dinning spots.

Amazing location
This place is close to everything! It’s a perfect little place to stay for a night or two. We went hiking on Paynes prairie and saw a nearby friend. Love how close it is to all the shopping and restaurants.

The townhouse was clean and in a great location to attend events at UF. I’ve stayed in other VRBO’s that were a little more stocked in the kitchen, but it wasn’t something that would keep me from staying there again. Thank you for letting me stay!

Simple check in, responsive communication. As other reviews have noted, there could have been a bit more supplies in the kitchen. (We purchased disposable baking sheets to make cookies, and more coffee, as we ran out on morning one.) we would stay here again though!

Amazing rental!
The location is amazing! We called Gainesville the city of 15 min - literary, anywhere we needed to go, it took us 15 min max! The rental is very neat and clean, you have everything there what you need. The neighborhood is quiet. We will be back for sure!

We were there with our pet who had to have surgery at the UofFL small animal hospital…the townhouse was perfect for our needs…close to the hospital and restaurants etc. it was a stressful time for us…the townhouse and manager made it much easier…

Enjoyed the stay, but some furniture updates are needed. Also, cooktop is faulty - igniter clicks on multiple burners unprompted. Seems like a major safety issue. Place was clean, good location, and we had enough space.

Opening Weekend
Spent opening weekend for Florida baseball at the townhouse and overall it was great. Fantastic location, though my goodness the traffic. It’s been a while since I was a student at UF. Still, close to the stadium, food, and shopping. Property overall decent, what you would expect in a college town. Yenni was prompt in responding and providing the necessary information and I appreciated that we could bring our dogs. Plenty of area to walk them. Hopefully looking forward to future visits.

Close to UF
Nothing fancy and no great outdoor views (view is of the neighbors balcony/patio), but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Needs some updating and lighting. Some of the neighboring apartments looked a little junky but it seemed safe. It was quiet too. We only a stayed a night and didn’t even use the shower so can’t comment on that. Owner was responsive. Check in was easy.
