This attractive 3.5-room apartment is located on the ground floor of an absolutely quiet residential complex with only 5 parties in a traffic-free residential street in the municipality of Gaienhofen - Hemmenhofen district.
Due to the slight slope, you can enjoy a wide view, some of them also on Lake Constance.
The surrounding neighborhood is determined by well-kept single-, two- and multi-family houses or by meadows and fields. The immediate proximity to the waterfront of Lake Constance with its numerous beach baths, bike and walking paths offers great leisure value.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2016/18 with great attention to detail and is presented in a very modern, new, exclusive condition.

Perfekter Ort zum Erholen
Es erwarten, eine super schöne Wohnung, die bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten mehr als Top ausgestattet ist, ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sich für persönlichen Kontakt jeglicher Art nicht zu schade ist. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne große Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig und doch kann man den See gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet und ganz wichtig sie ist sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, selbst eine Jura Kaffeemaschine steht zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und geben Herrn M. für die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme 5 Sterne. Sehr sehr schöne Ferienwohung, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage haben wir sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
