The coffee for breakfast was cold. The shower curtain was old and needed to be changed. The shuttle service was not free. We had to pay for transportation to and from the hotel.

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants.
