"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"I’m quite picky when I choose places. This was a good pick. There is plenty of space, the outdoor area is perfect, the location was superb. The bathroom is small, but so was every bathroom that we stayed in while in Italy, even high end hotels. Manuela, so kindly met us late at night to show us our accommodation and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I hope to go back. "

"Property as described and very secure and beautiful setting. Communication with host excellent but did not meet face to face during 11 night stay. Personal touch of an in person welcome would have been nice but not essential. "Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie."

"We enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the area. It was a very beautiful location and less crowds. Adele was a great host and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was nicely furnished. The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Umbria."

"We spent three weeks in Numa’s spacious and beautiful apartment. Still decorated as it was when his mother lived there, the apartment had a warm and authentic feel. "If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."
