"Our room looked lovely and was very clean. The construction of the hotel seems rather cheap. The floors under the carpet had some give to them as if the building was made from wood rather than concrete. It just felt a little sub-standard."

"My wife and I stayed at Jenn's place for a week while enjoying the Sussex area and surrounds. We also enjoyed the Sussex Balloon Fest. while there. The place is wonderful!!! She provided all kinds of cooking basics such as oils, vinegars, spices, etc. We only used 1 out of 3 bedrooms but the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the vibe of the home and felt like I could live there myself. Wif worked great. We enjoyed the back deck with barbecue and she has provided many thoughtful touches. She provided use of the kayaks and SUP boards which is just a short walk to the water from their place. Also fun was a freesbie golf cage right in their backyard to play as well. It was a really nice stay! "

There was a hiccup in checking in because the app had the wrong address listed (it was missing a 1 in the number), and we could not access our messages (partially due to the buggy app, and partially due to spotty internet) so we did not know how to check in. Despite that,the owner was quick and gracious in her reply to our flustered phone call and the rest of the stay was perfection! "

"Beautiful cottage on the water in Wickham. We just needed somewhere to stay local to our daughters wedding in Wickham. This cottage offered everything we needed and more for the weekend. Would like to go back and enjoy the whole experience the cottage had to offer. "
