"Beautiful family resort. WIFI not effective /working in the rooms at the back but thats a minor oversight but would be helpful to have an information leaflet at reception to advise client's about services provided etc laundry, no phones in room but extn is xxx, towels for pools, expectations for the use of the beach... small admin info otherwise will be recommending this resort to friends and family...also can you consider a ramp to the pool please... lots of access but all are stairs... just...
