"The property is nice, clean and in a good location. However, communication was lacking throughout our stay. The door is opened using a PIN code. No codes to the door were provided prior to our arrival. This was at 7:30pm. With a family of two young children and not knowing if we would be able to open the door to the property that night, this caused much distress.
