"Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. Very Nice Stay!

"Wonderful place! The manager Cameron was very helpful with some business we needed done with our passports and can’t thank him enough for that because any business process can take awhile. ALL of the staff were kind and helpful and accommodating. Most of them work hard to do so. The breakfast was good and chef David will cook you an egg any way you like it. Eryricah was so kind as to ask me if my daughter who was sick in her room would like some brkfst taken to her room. She prepared it and I took it to her. How thoughtful!!! She did this several mornings. Also the pizza from the pizza bar was so good! We ended up staying here a week as our business kept extending and we were very happy with our stay. When we travel through Gaborone we will definitely stay here. Remember! If you are kind you will be treated kindly. :)"
