"Christine and Karen were both welcoming and easy to communicate with in the lead-up to our stay. They sent us a message the day before letting us know that the apartment would be open and available on our arrival as well as their phone numbers to contact for any issues. The site was as depicted in the listing, and very comfortable for two. There is no television, which was perfect for us but may be something to be aware of for others. The bed was very comfortable and spacious, and the lake is only steps away. There is a reasonably stocked kitchenette that includes a two-burner induction hot plate, microwave and propane BBQ next to the gazebo down beside the lake. Ample parking! A beautiful and relaxing retreat for anyone looking to escape (but the high-speed internet makes sure that if you -need- to connect, it is still possible.) PS: The washer and dryer was awesome, as we were half-way though a two-week trip and needed a suitcase reset!"

"The house was nice and the property is beautiful. The ad said it has Air conditioning which it did not but most of the rooms except for one bedroom had ceiling fans which worked well for those rooms. A fan of some type would help with the airflow in the smaller bedroom. We were only there for 2 nights so it didn’t matter to us but the only television was in the master bedroom which might matter to others. We had an issue with something beeping upon arrival but the host promptly responded to our call and talked us through fixing it. He also left us a curtesy bottle of wine upon arrival which was a nice touch. "

"Bridget's cottage is delightful and spotlessly clean and very private. Beautifully and charmingly decorated, the cottage had plenty of space and is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. A lovely screened-in porch is the ideal place to relax."
